Eric was Awesome, from the very beginning. He had very welcoming Smile and Addressed me by my Name each time. Asked me if I needed a ride home. I was going to wait. Your answer was will you satisfied yes or no I can’t answer that with either one. I took my car in for the recall for the 2021 Kia Saltos and they were supposed to do an engine test so I took it in. They kept the car and had the car for eight days. I had to call them to see what was going on. The first guy told me they haven’t done a test on it then I got a call two hours later and says the test is done come in and get it. Everything was all all right so it’s hard for me to believe if anything was done. I hopefully it was. I do like your service but the problem I had I never heard from them for eight days like I said, I called them and then I wasn’t sure if it was tested or not. I’m just gonna buy on their word because the guy told me it wasn’t and then one or two hours later it was tested. I heard it took most of the day to test it so but that’s all I have to say overall I think you have excellent service. It’s just this time. I’m more worried about my vehicle and the recall.
