Geo was excellent, he made the process very smooth, kept me updated regularly and was a good sport about all my crazy “girl” car questions. As soon as I walked in to pick up my car he heard me say my name and he immediately called me over to go through everything. Excellent service!! Thank you Geo and Kia!!

He was honestly one of the best service advisors I have encountered thus far with my Kia. Every step of my car getting serviced was clearly explained and understood. As a female, going to a dealership is a bit alarming because I am not the most knowledgeable about the ins/outs of vehicle maintenance but I never felt like he was trying to sell me on something I didn't need. I typically don't fill out these surveys but I am glad I was provided the opportunity to do one for Geovanni. Thank you again for all the service you provided me!
