I watched him deal with another lady when I was picking up who was not happy about her vehicle being in for repairs, and he did a great job at keeping her patience level in check and preventing her from losing her temper. Yesterday, June 24th I took my car to your Kia dealer to have the 40,000 mile service, and I requested to Flaco to have my Kia Telluride doors checked out-due to sagging. He inspected the doors and agreed that 3 of them were not closing properly. When I received the text message informing the car was ready, I called the number he had provided and left him a message asking… if they have also checked the doors. Since there was no call back, I went to pick up the car and asked the same question. The gentleman that helped out was very polite and told me to wait for Flaco to get an answer because he was with a customer and was talking with another staff member. The gentleman helping me asked Flaco about the doors and said that my car was out of warranty for the door problem, and to take it to an auto body shop. I asked el Flaco if he would write the door’s request in the receipt, because I was going to call Kia’s customer service.
I felt no one was interested in dealing with my door problem. I felt the ****, but he wrote another document for me, mentioning only one of the doors, and that he had advised me “maintenance” and asked me to sign the paper.
I called Kia customer service today and they informed me I needed to take my car to the dealership, because I the Telluride has 5 years or 60,000 miles warranty for that type of problem. I told the customer service that I said this exactly to the Clovis dealership and then what I was told by them.
It was my first time using your service dept and I was very impressed with Rouben’s friendliness and professionalism. I will definitely return.
