There was a lack of communication around completion time of service. I would have appreciated if I was notified that there was going to be a delay in service due to a delivery of an oil filter. I was told it would take one hour but it took three.

Eric is a great customer service rep for KIA. He is knowledgeable and trustworthy, which are very, very important. I could not afford to do all the recommended items for the servicing. We calmly went through the list to repair the most important items. I can do the rest of the items at a later date. He was very helpful with that.
