I'm still waiting on a part to come in on Wednesday, but I've been very pleased with my service writer Eric. He's definitely an asset to your company.

Not sure if my comments went through the first time but Rouben is a great addition to the team. I wa disappointed in the advisor the helped me last time after Louis left (who was also great). I was very happy with Ruben and look forward to working with him in the future

This is the second visit for the same issue. Jacob was very helpful and got me into a rental car the first day. He said to give them a day or two to diagnose the issue. I did not receive a call, so I called on the third day and Jacob informed me they could not replicate the issue and had test driven the car. My app showed the car hadn’t left the dealer lot. He said he would follow up with me later that day, or by Friday afternoon. At 4:30 Friday I called and Jacob said they wanted to keep it over the weekend and check it again on Monday. Jacob called me Monday about 11:30 and said the tech had test driven the car a couple of times with no issue so they were closing the file out. My car had not been driven that day as Jacob indicated. He said would call me back in 20 minutes. My app indicated the car was being driven about 10 minutes after that call. Idid not hear back from him. On Tuesday I called, was told Jacob was off and that my file had been closed and I could come and get my car. This is my second visit for this issue since April. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with the service this time, and the fact that this is a new car and it has been in the shop for a total of 13 days with no resolution.
Jacob was very kind and helpful, he was very patient and showed great costumer service. He asked me about my day and my weekend plans, great employee!

Rouben was amazing. I was greeted when I walked in and was helped right away. He pulled up my appointment and reason for my car being brought in. I was in and out of the office quickly and was offered a complimentary ride home. This was an amazing offer due to having to leave my car there. After a few hours he called to give me an update on my car. Giving me an estimate when it would be done. Before the time frame was up, I got a call from Rouben saying my car was done and another complimentary ride back to the dealership. After I arrived I was checked out quickly, and efficiently. It was the best service I received at the Clovis Kia. Better than previous encounters. He was courteous, friendly and made the experience better. Thank you Rouben

Flaco had the worst customer service ever. I had to call him about my car and he never called back. Came there for them to do a diagnostic test and that didn’t get done left with a new problem my battery was dead and before hand it was just fine before I brought my car there and picked it either nothing being done to a $225 bill for nothing what kind of service is that. I would never recommend this place to anyone unless they want something not to be done and a hefty bill and a dead battery. No thanks!
