I come all the way from Laramie to get my work done by you all and to avoid Laramie Toyota, which has been terrible. You do a good job and I always feel valued as a customer.

After waiting nearly 2 hours for a scheduled oil change, my vehicle was brought to me by an attendant. As I was leaving the parking lot, I observed numerous warning light indicators which included check engine light and several others I had never seen before. The screen also indicated to get service immediately. I returned to the service advisor who had to bring the truck back in for diagnostics. There is no reason this vehicle should have been turned over to me with numerous warnings.

Ken was amazing! He was the most polite, helpful service manager I’ve worked with at Pedersen’s to date. I will request home in the future! Something that could use work was attention to detail from the technician side of things. My cabin air filter was changed at my service. Half of the contents of my glovebox were on the seat & floor of my vehicle upon return. I feel that area could use improvement.

Your system seems very inefficient and involves lots of unnecessary waiting. And this isn’t the first time. Please fix it. You might want to take a look at how Dellenbach processes their vehicles/customers.

Your service folks were great, however there was an issue with the text notification when my vehicle was done. I was never notified and after 2 hours of waiting decided to just speak with my service rep. It was noticed by them too, but for convenience, maybe fix the new notification system you have.

Trevor was helpful and friendly. My issue is not with him at all. My issue is why the problem my car is having should be happening on a 4 year old car. It seems to me the issue should be covered by Toyota. The part was ordered and I have to bring the car back in when the part comes in. That’s 2 days without my car as well added expense for something I would not expect in car of my car’s age.
