During warranty work, a plug for my radiator fan was left unplugged. My service rep texted me later in the afternoon asking me to come back in to remedy. I appreciate that it was caught and I was notified, but a phone call would have been better, and when I replied to the text that I couldn’t come back in and was driving to the mountains I did not receive a response and had to call and leave multiple messages. I didn’t feel the proper urgency was followed through all the way. This is a fairly minor thing, but a phone call and immediate attention would have been better.

Not sure if this got sent? It was a bit disappointing that an oil change & vehicle inspection that showed a couple filters were needed took 2 hours! Ken did warn me at check-in though that they were busy.

Floor mat covers and seat covers were not used by the technicians. Last time I kept a towel covering the floor mat to protect it from dirty shoes and the technician took it and literally chucked it into the front passenger seat, sending dirt and dust all over up front (the center console, seats, floor, etc.) so I moved the towel prior to handing my vehicle over. I was anticipating the paper floor mat covers would be used, along with seat covers. They got into my glove box and pulled the dash cam cord out and left it out and dangling. Additionally, I was told it would take 1hr to 1hr 20 min max to complete. It took 2 hours. I was sent a text saying my car was ready. I waited 10 min without anyone coming to get me so I went out to the drop off bay and asked if I could get my car. They couldn’t find my technician so someone else gave me the paperwork and said they would bring my car around. Turns out it had been sitting in the front parking lot already. Who knows for how long. They also adjusted my seats and did not put them back. Nothing like getting into your vehicle and having to spend 10 min putting the seat back to where it was. I felt dismissed, brushed over. And for it to take that long just to do a tire rotation and “inspection” is crazy. If I hadn’t paid for the extended maintenance packing I would not be going back there for service. So disappointing.

I was coming in for 30,000 mile service and for a recall notice. After I made the appointment we slid off the road and pulled one the front panels loose. I asked the tech checking me in if they could look at that while it was there. I was getting a “Parking Assist Malfunction Visit Your Dealer” message that would pop back up every 2 seconds after I hit the back button which basically prevented me from seeing what speed I was driving (I consider that unsafe). He said it probably needed body work. I ask if we could at least disable the message, he said he didn’t think so. So the work I was scheduled for was completed but not even a seconds worth of a look at the malfunction issue. Had to drive it back home to Red Feather Lakes again without a visible speedometer. Today I finally found the button that would at least disable that system and keep the message from popping up. Seems like the guy who serviced the vehicle could have done as much in about 10 seconds time. Seriously thinking of making the 30 minute extra drive to go to Greeley for service next time.
