I’m just curious on the trade-in appraisal. When I refinanced it off the lease a year ago, I was told the market value was $53,000.

The mechanic stated the oil filter housing was overtightened and when he tried to remove it, it cracked. Pedersen has been doing the servicing for the oil changes with this Vehicle, since 2024. Pedersen overtightened it.. .Why do I need to pay for the new oil filter housing $73.90 ??
Service was friendly and efficient.

Brought car in for 20k oil change, tire rotate, and inspection. Oil fill cap and area around the dipstick were oily and didn’t show any signs of being wiped down. Also, no quick vacuum and wash? I understand that corporate is driving the service and paying little to nothing on the service side, but if this how the service is at Petersen then why would I buy a new or used vehicle from there. Lackluster experience overall.

This has nothing to do with Mr Fisher! At 30k when I scheduled service & they said “perform 30k service”I didn’t understand that full 30k service didn’t include the “recommended” 30k service, ie brake lines, drive line, etc. so when I went to pick it up, none of that was done. I think I would’ve appreciated knowing when I scheduled the 30k service that it didn’t include the “recommended service” that it was just an oil change/fluid check. Also, yesterday the work order said to “replace in cabin air filter” It was sitting in my passenger seat. There was no way at 5pm I was going to walk back in and say anything. I can change it myself but I’m not sure why it was sitting there? ????????♀️

I went home, and checked my vehicle,and there were grease stains or marks on my rims.And these are brand new rims. It took a bit of rubbing to remove it as it smeared a bit before it finally came off. It would have been nice for Technician to clean up my vehicle prior to delivery to me. That is frustrating.
