the service is excellent at Peterson Toyota. I have a couple suggestions to improve the service.
1. I have a couple recalls on the vehicle. It would have been nice to get this completed in one visit. Once the appt is set they should follow up with the recalls and set a service date to complete both. This should be also include and estimated time to get teh work completed. More info is good for the consumer.
2. I called the service department and could not get any answer or I would have asked the questions above. When I got to the service I asked about the recalls and was told I have to make another appt for those.
3. William Fisher was great all around. Very courteous and helpful.
Don’t appreciate the upselling. I chose to buy my vehicle from Pedersen because it has a good reputation and is a local family owned business. What I do appreciate is honesty and service that my vehicle actually, truly needs.

Our car sat for 2 weeks without us knowing what the status of it was. We had to be the ones to initiate in order to figure out what was wrong with it.
I was not given an accurate time estimate for my service and then was late to work when my service unexpectedly took over 3 hours!
I will be calling the service manager (or better yet, he is invited to call me) to inform him about the extremely poor service provided by this particular service advisor. The advisor gave me an estimated time to completion of 3 - 3.5 hours for a tire change and alignment. We finally left your parking lot EIGHT HOURS after pulling in. During that time, the advisor did not send a single update. Additionally, he neither answered his phone nor returned multiple voice mails requesting status. Further, I was not given any advice from the inspection he claimed your mechanics performed — not even a complete checklist. At the end of 7.5 hours, I had to ask about the inspection (he was trying to get rid of me without even mentioning it) and he showed me the inspection form was blank - it had never been completed. Had any inspection been performed? There’s no way to know. He actually offered to print me a copy of the blank form, as if that would somehow be useful. In my decades of Toyota ownership I have always been presented a completed inspection with recommended corrective actions early in the process. Your service adviser thought it completely normal to provide zero feedback or service advice to his customer. The man is not good at his job and your processes are broken. You may or may not be performing safety inspections — I can’t possibly know. Your service adviser is uncommunicative, provides incomplete work, and is a bit of a wise **** when he does lower himself to speak with his customer. Hopefully he is not a typical representative of your staff. Also hopefully the extremely poor service I received is not typical of what you provide other customers. This was my first and final visit to your dealership. When you treat me like I’m a bother and don’t do the work, you don’t deserve repeat visits. Richard G

I arrived at 10:30am for an oil change and a software update for my Tundra. I waited until 3:30pm for the service to be completed. Nobody communicated anything or checked in on me while I waited in the lobby. I had to go ask if the truck was done and **** asked if I got a text and if I hadn’t, then the truck wasn’t done. Horrible service. Not coming back.
Travor was great, but if in the future if I schedule an appointment and am given Bob, I will go to a different Toyota dealer!
Trevor was very helpful and explained the process to me.
