Staff were great, but my appointment was scheduled originally as an oil change when I primarily needed to address my check engine light, so they had to correct that. Then it took 7 hours and $250 basically just for an oil change and tire rotation. Waste of money, I can get an oil change anywhere for much less than that. Again,not the staffs fault, just dont understand how an estimate of $2300 was calculated for nothing related to why I brought it in and how my bill was so high for the amount of money and time it took.

Robert seemed to be in a mood. Only spoke as needed and never oncr looked directly at me. I was only in for a recall but it was my first time at this dealership. All other service people were friendly and out going.

It took 2 hours to rotate my tires. Everyone was very nice but it took forever and your lobby was hot.

When it was done we had to walk and push our disabled daughter all the way through the parking lot in her wheelchair to get to our vehicle. Not even in a handicap spot. Also, my vehicle didn't get washed or vacuumed like it did all the other times we have gone there. Do you not do that anymore!?
