Can’t believe that you couldn’t make a key from my key. It starts the truck so it should be able to copy. I can’t understand that you can’t get a key made

When I received my van after my oil change all the trash that was left in the van as paper from the sticker that was on the windshield the plastic that covered the seat and the paper from the carpet left in the van. Fingerprints on the dashboard. I was hoping that cleanliness was also important as well.

The vehicle inspection wasn’t reviewed at all with me by my advisor when checking out. I was also not given the chance to opt to have two air filters replaced that badly needed replaced. Also, I’ve been providing my own oil for 11 years since I’ve owned this vehicle and 8 years with Pederson. Bill called me during the oil change and said they refused to use the same oil I’ve been using for 11 years, a high quality oil that’s $22/quart, and only offered one solution and that was to use Pederson’s oil. I asked to speak to the technician or supervisor‘s technician and rather than having him call me or calling him to get me on the phone he said I had to walk all the way over to Volvo. This resulted in significant delays in getting the oil change done, which ended up taking an 1 hour and 10 minutes. Everything about this experience with Bill had a very “I don’t care” attitude and I was very unimpressed and quite frankly offended at the way I was treated.
Justin greeted me, he was personable and friendly. He answered all of my question. The service was completed in a timely manner and my experience at Pedersen was very good.
Overall it is usually dialed, today’s visit was tough, no updates throughout the process, even after asking multiple times, long wait times, waiting for a part estimate which was not scheduled for today. Concerning that was the weight. Requested an estimate during the service visit and did not receive.
I don’t understand how or why the dealership charges an additional 3% credit card processing fee. Very disappointing. I will most likely take my business elsewhere.

Thank you for servicing our truck. You discovered the water pump weeping slightly, however we are on a planned trip with specific dates to be a certain places. So I came back and bought the pump, the belt and a gallon of coolant from yours parts dept in case it became a bigger problem and another dealer did not have the parts. We love our Toyotas.
**** was professional and courteous. We were frustrated about our service work not being a warranty issue and he handled the situation with professionalism.
