My appointment was at 9:30am I arrived at 9:15am, I was there for 2 1/2 hrs…. I way to long, that is terrible….oil change, rotate tires, and a filter….i won’t go back…. I can go to jiffy lube and spend 20 min….

The rep didn’t seem friendly at all. It made me feel unwelcome. (The man who greeted us and was keeping the line going, however, was friendly and warm.) I also asked him a super simple question, and he kept repeating the same answer, seemingly annoyed with my question, despite not even ANSWERING my question. The waiting area could be worked on. (Check out Honda’s waiting area for ideas: a kids’ area, cookies, a nice/newer look, different kinds of seating…)
