This is the first time I have been disappointed with the service. I realize some things are out of the service rep’s control; at the same time my car was at Pedersen Toyota for three days and I called numerous times, always had to leave a message and then waited for a reply. When I did pick up my car I found the back in disarray and the hood not closed completely. I found someone to get the back together but then I had to put the back seats up myself. Makes me wonder if the work was done haphazardly as well.
My service experience with **** today was exceptional.
Bob did just fine and this had nothing to do with his service but the service department took my appointment that I’d had for 6 weeks. I showed up on time and they took my car back to the shop for 45 minutes and then decided they didn’t have time to diagnose it that day when they still hadn’t even started on it. I can’t believe they refused to even start on it despite having had the vehicle in the shop for 45 minutes. The most insane experience I’ve ever had!
Ken was very attentive and kept me updated on the service process for my Highlander. Communication was great!
William did a super job in his assessment and advisement to have the necessary service completed on our Tundra. His professionalism, expertise and knowledge were extremely helpful! Thanks for outstanding service!
**** was amazing understood my terror of leaving my car to be worked on. And asking him to do a walk around just incase it was scratched. My cars are my pride and joy so I’m very picky with them.

When picking up the car after the service, they told us to wait outside while they brought it. The problem was they didn’t bring it. After 20+ minutes we checked back and the key was hanging on a hook and no one seemed to care. A service representative asked if that was our key. We believe it was, so we took it and went to get the car ourselves. We found the car almost completely blocked by what appeared to be a drilling rig and another truck. We were barely, and I mean barely, able to squeeze the car out of the parking spot. We left feeling that no one in the service department cared about us and our need to get our vehicle. Everyone seemed too busy to care.
