The issue is the transmission. No issues they said except the door closed well, as soon as I left there and drove thru McDonald’s put it in park to order then into drive drive to move forward. Touched the gas lightly buttered up and the hood rises like a race horse. Then jumps into drive.
This is going to just someone.

C.B. was ok getting my truck scheduled for service. The shop foreman when explaining the problem and showing him a video seemed annoyed with me. Left me with little confidence he'd find the problem which he didn't. Spoke with Rusty who was the only one I dealt with who took the time to explain what he believed was happening. Much appreciated. Bottom line I was very unhappy with the service, especially the shop foreman. Not sure I'll ever come back.

Jeff had to share with us that our transmission had to be replaced. It was NOT what we were expecting when it went in oil change. Jeff and Dana(also in service), shared that we had the lifetime warranty and it needed to be followed up on. All was taken care of in a very timely matter. Jeff called when parts came in and set up service right away. Thank you Coad Toyota of Cape Girardeau! The most outstanding person in sales is Ben Brotherton! Ben, has sold us many cars, SUV’s and cars to our grandchildren.
