Did not appreciate having to drive to Cape from Dawson Springs KY twice due to technicians running behind. Did appreciate not having to spend 4 nights in a hotel waiting over a weekend for the work on my FJ to be completed. Discount on labor would have also been appreciated since technicians did not hold to service time they had coordinated with Dana

Customer service was great but I was bothered by the 1.5+ hour wait. I don’t feel like an oil change should last more than 1 hour especially when I made an appointment.

Tyler was great. I didn’t have an appointment for an oil change and tire rotate as I was in town for work. Offered me a ride to my meeting and gave me a two hour window. They had everything completed within an hour! Great video MPi as well! Big Fan of Coad Toyota!!
