I had an appointment, yet I was there 3 hours. Recall couldn’t be corrected, because necessary system was down. I was told there was only one employee that could assist me with the Toyota app. That one employee was not working that day.

The car pulls to the left. The steering alignment was fine when I brought the car in. Now it's not. It's also making a strange sound that it wasn't making before I brought it to you guys. I'm not sure what you did to my car, but I'm not very happy about it.
