Well the software update didnt work first i was told it was timing out then that if just wasn't going to working and would have to wait for a new patch My tail gate also wasn't fixed even though I was told it was a know problem they didnt have the parts which I know you can't carry everything in stock will see how long the parts take to make a judgt on that. This took from 945 till around 3pm

Very convenient especially by being able to drive in to be serviced. It was very fast, almost like they were waiting on me! Nice comfortable chairs with free drinks and snacks while waiting and clean restrooms. Everytime an associate walked by they made sure to make eye contact, smile and say Hi. That is the best. Most people today avoid eye contact, dont smile and you get the feeling your a bother but not at Coad Toyota! Thank you!

Upon my arrival back home my husband inspected the vehicle and noticed a leak on the oil filter housing. That is definitely not acceptable.

Got my service done in a timely manner and I was out of there. Only place I have ever had my Tundra serviced. I bought it brand new in 2009 and it has 325,000 miles on it now.

Was a bit unhappy with the confusion about what was being done. Tire rotation, 15,000 mile checkup, 20,000 mile check up? Rotate tires only?? Get the communications together
