CB is wonderful. I am just very unhappy with my vehicle . I paid extra but that was a huge mistake. We have had so many issues with this vehicle since the beginning. I have very little confidence in this car and the braking issues are CRAZY! I know it can’t be reproduced during a visit but when it happens it is TERRIFYING. Now to be sitting on the side of the road afraid to drive it because coolant is everywhere. unacceptable! the service personnel are very nice. this isn’t their fault. I have been driving a Sienna for nearly 30 years but this has been a nightmare.

Took an hour and a half for oil change, when I got up today to go to the store the check engine light came on, it has never come on before, I tried to call and no answer left a voice mail and haven't heard anything.

The reason I bought another Toyota from Coad was the Service Department. The service advisors always keep you informed and I trust them not to steer me wrong. The atmosphere is very stress free.
