Had a 1230 appt. Showed up at 1215. Got checked in right away and then proceeded to wait for 2 hours for an oil change and an engine air filter. When asked why the 2 hour wait I was told that the techs were on their lunch break. Don’t offer lunch break appts to customers if it means you have to wait while the techs eat lunch while you and your car wait 45 mins while everyone has lunch. I not only missed my lunch but paid $145 dollars for a 2 hour service job which should have taken half that time.

C.B. is the best. He was so patient and understanding when I mistakenly thought the service department was open later than it actually was on a Saturday. (You may want to double check the Saturday hours that come up on a Google search to make sure that time is accurate!) I always appreciate C.B. but I especially did on this last visit!
