CB checked me in and is always so nice made sure what items I needed checked out on my car. Danna checked me out and always take good care of me. She answered some questions and gave me and estimate on some tires. I always get good service at Coad Toyota!

My car is 14 years old but your service center doesn't have a way to keep it running other than buying brand new parts that cost more than the car is worth. Toyota run forever or until the shop wants to replace a failed part with nothing but brand new, expensive parts. Plus they broke the air flow sensor I asked them to replace on the ac compressor which completely broke the compressor which I was trying to avoid replacing. Careless...
I drive an hour just to have my car serviced here when my local Toyota dealership is literally less than 3 minutes from my job. I choose you because you have always impressed me, took me seriously, treated me with respect, and cared. The professionalism and quality of work makes it more than worthwhile commuting to have my car serviced here. I actually trust you guys!

Woman at the front desk was rude and dismissive. The windows of the dealership reception are tinted so I couldn’t tell if anyone was there. I drove my car in, didn’t see anyone and figured it was empty because of lunch hour, I reversed my car and parked it and then walked back and saw them just sitting there staring. She then tells me to go and get my car and drive it back. What **** customer service. **** this dealership. I’m never coming back.

I thought she was rude and I didn’t get papers showing the check list of what was done nor if there was any problem.
I have had her before and she was rude before also. I have never had any other person act like her. As you know I have been doing business with Coad since 2012 for both vehicles.

Good person, he helped me schedule my vehicle at the very end of the sale event for new tires. John the mechanic came out and talked to me on my prior appointment with CB and we picked a tire set together. Great team.

Maintenance light was not reset after today's service. I reset myself. Winder sticker showed next service due in 11,000 miles. Should be 10,000 miles. Jeff was very friendly and on top of communication today.
