While I was disappointed that they weren’t able to fix my truck. The service department didn’t have the correct equipment to do the repair. The technicians and the service managers were very helpful and professional.

Your female service worker is not very nice, not friendly or welcoming to the customer at all. She needs an attitude adjustment for sure. From talking to her on the phone to meeting her in person, I found her to be very rude. This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from Coad Toyota. She might try being a little more courteous to your repeat customers.
