C.B. Blissett! I would actually like to brag on C.B. I overheard a conversation he was having with a coworker about a customer, no identifying information. The coworker was telling him about the customer's problem. C.B. showed extreme kindness with the situation. He knew the customer's work schedule, 12 hrs days, he told the coworker how to speak to the customer, etc. In a world like today, I took great appreciation in hearing how he was aware of the customer's hardship, life,etc. He handled the customer exceptionally well, and it should be noted. Mr. Blissett is always kind and courteous.
No greeting when entering the service department. It took two hours from the start of my appointment time to completion without a team member acknowledging the delay or apologizing. Another customer with a cane wasn’t assisted in opening doors to service area or waiting area.
Excellent service and kept me informed
I’m excited about it, too, because my last experience was not at all good. I’ve been with Coad for many years and my previous experience was negatively surprising. I am relieved now.
