This is my first ever Toyota and I haven’t had the Highlander a year yet. I had my first tire rotation and oil change on Saturday. C.B was incredible! He was extremely friendly, kind, helpful and I felt like I’d known him forever! If this is the kind of customer service you all always provide, I have no doubt that I made the right choice to switch to Toyota! I hope you know how blessed you are to have C.B.! First impressions mean everything and my first impression of him was that he is awesome and so is Coad for having him on your team!!
