She was great! Super helpful and accommodating. I needed my car pulled up close to the door for medical reasons and she remembered to make sure it was handled. Also, service was quick!
Issue not resolved...... again. I called ahead to get issue fixed. I explauned the ussue and nothing fixed. Window is down 1/2 inch and cant get all way up.

The service department where I checked in the gentleman who got me in to get service today.All stellar, all great, completely one hundred percent happy with them. I don't know if it was a manager
But someone came out and asked me if I had the key on. I said, no, it's in the truck.I had already informed at the service that was in the truck. They couldn't find it and so the truck did not start. I specifically ask if they close the door. He said yes. That was a lie. When I went to the truck I dottian, I closed the door it started right up. Then, he started coming up with a bunch of other different excuses.How that wasn't supposed to happen?How it must be in my pocket. Instead of admitting he was wrong.He dug in his heels and reached for every id he could to explain that he wasn't wrong. After I got out, the technician got into the truck, closed the door it started right up. He kept insisting that that the truck was supposed to start with the door open. In the last year i've had that truck and sr tendra, and i've also had an sr five tundra. Neither of them would start up with the driver's door open. So it's not something special to that specific vehicle that particular manager left a very bad impression of your store. Where everything else and everyone else I felt did great.
The service was great however I was disappointed that the technician could not listen to an odd noise coming from my engine, without scheduling a separate appointment. I come from out of town and have been a patron for 30 years.
Was very happy with Emmett Nieman, He was very thorough in explaining everything to me and was very pleasant!it makes everything alot more enjoyable..

I’m not sure how my wife’s name got on the invoice? It showed ‘Amy T Wavrunek.’ Should read as Andy Wavrunek. The 2021 Sienna should be under my name (Andy). The Highlander should be under her name (Amy). I’ll be bringing in the Highlander tomorrow for an oil change. It’s minor and I’m not upset, just an FYI.
