My multiple interactions with Brianna and many other team members over the course of almost two months of trying to get my 4Runner repaired were adequate. My overall experience with Toyota was disappointing but I feel that the “front line workers “ tried to keep me somewhat informed and I can’t hold them accountable for the disappointing overall experience.

We have had our car in now 4 times since November and still do not have the CarPlay issue resolved which, by the way, was working until the technician worked on it in December. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I find it hard to believe that ours is an isolated incident with Entune being discontinued and the Infotainment system not being updated to allow CarPlay to function properly.

A new system needs to be put in place for quotes so it’s a true quote so people know what they’re walking into but other than that the advisor I had was amazing

Cael Delano, greeted me warmly early for my 7am appointment. He was very professional and helpful. He was honest about the fact that the reason that the alert could not be specified with the diagnostic tool, but made me feel confident that the inspections were still showing no issues. Dave in parts was also friendly ringing in a couple purchases from the gift shop. Thanks.
