Brianna at Mark Toyota was incredibly helpful during a stressful situation when my car broke down. Brianna was great, happy with the service. I was surprised to be charged for the diagnostic. It was determined the oil leak was covered under the factory warranty. If wasn’t a warranty repair I’d understand getting charged, but since it was a warranty repair I thought the diagnostic to confirm that would be charged to Toyota
