No issue fixed. Been there TWO times and now blaming it on another dealer. I was charged another diagnostic charge today and service performed same as in December. It was not fixed again today and now they said I needed a new harness for over 9000.00. You have worked on that connection TWICE. How is that not your faulty repair that caused the corrosion and you told me my warranty would not cover it. I definitely felt very intimidated by BOTH of your service team members. Worst treatment ever. then they asked if my vehicle had been in an accident! I did have bumper repair. His comment was "we thought so" what does that have anything to do with a corroded connection? Something is very wrong

Service was done quickly and communication was good. However, when I went to my car to drive it home, the driver side window was down and the front passenger seat was very reclined. Not sure why that would be happening for an oil change and tire rotation. My interior would have been very wet if I had gone to my car five minutes later than I did.
I appreciate how the staff at Mark Motors be goes above and beyond to help me maintain my vehicle( providing cars or other options ) to make it easy for me to take care of my Toyotas
