An estimate for break work was not honored. I bought this vehicle from you at Mark Toyota and recently had quite a bit of other work at your dealership. I never received a call to approve the increase. I was told the estimate was incorrect but I think the dealership should have honored the original estimate. I appreciate the small discount given but I think the original estimate should’ve been honored.

I’ve always provided the highest praise because of the kind and caring customer service. Cael came through and restored my faith in Mark Toyota. I was there a week or two settling up today’s appointment. There were two individuals that provided customer care without the kindness I always received. I was so unimpressed with them I started to look for another Toyota dealership. Thank you Cael you made my visit so much easier as I had an injury that required the assistance of a cane.

Twice.Now , my interactions with manager , joe have been unacceptable. He is condescending rude and in my opinion will say whatever he feels is necessary and the truth is irrelevant. All the rest of your staff have been professional and very helpful.Even a combinating. I have p t s d and the condescending behavior from joe is very triggering. The exact type of behavior I need to avoid.I will not be returning to that dealership.For service again as I do not feel safe there. I want to.\nClarify what I mean by that is kind of descending behavior is the type of behavior that can trigger the veteran with p.T.S d far faster than aggressive behavior can , and I have to be very careful to avoid people like that as I might react badly and get in trouble. My only real ask is to take this seriously.Thank you
