From the moment Pam met me at my car mother moment I drove away, everything went so smoothly! Thanks! Pam also answered a bunch of questions I had, which I greatly appreciate!
Call me and I will tell you
I have no problem with the young man or lady that I met in the service dept.
the issue is the wording in ToyotaCare. It says I have 2 years or 25000 miles for Toyota care. The term “Generally” is my problem. It insinuates that it’s a recommendation to change oil at 10k miles. So under the language of ToyotaCare it makes customers believe we could get an oil change at let’s say 8k miles and get 3 oil changes because we’re under 25k miles. Therefore it was extremely disappointing to hear no when I asked. It’s always something when dealing with auto dealers that screws the customer.
It was the same when I bought the truck. Wanted to buy from your dealership but in Feb of 3025 you had 3 tundras none of what was looking for. Found one at Snart Motors in Madison. Asked rep could he call and see if he could get it or swap for it. His response, oh they aren’t that great to work with. So he never checked on it. So bought it in Madison on my own. So my experience with Mark Motors has not been stellar knowing I was ready to pay cash for new truck. Then this oil change today. That’s two strikes in my book. Just being upfront and honest.
I personally believe because it says generally that I as a customer could have had three oil changes at 8000 miles each time. That would have totally flipped my experience. However, what I got was two hard NO’s. One for no oil change and the first one last year when trying to buy a $65 - $70k truck. Not the experience is was hoping for so very disappointed to say the least.
Always nice people and the lobby is nice to wait in
Servie was great. Seth was a great help as well.
Mark was very nice. But,we sold the truck that afternoon and got a Honda Ridgeline. 2026.
Your sales people low balled us. Our trade in was $18,000 more than Toyota
Yes, he did a very good job and it was a reasonable price
Service forgot window sticker!! (Not 1st time)
I had to return for that unfortunately , otherwise good!
I was completely ripped of by Mark Toyota. I was charged $293 just to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle. First off, I was never informed when I made the appointment nor dropped off the vehicle that there would be this charge. Secondly, it wouldn’t be so bad if I was told that the fees would be waived if I had Mark do the repairs, but this did not happen. I was taken advantage of. I know other dealers in the Stevens Point area do not engage in these practices. Believe me. I will share with everyone I know about this experience. I will not hesitate to use social media to inform the public of your corrupt practices.
Everyone was very helpful and professional
Everyone I spoke with was great. Polite, professional. My car did not cooperate. The problem is intermittent, and of course, it did not happen while it was at the service department. What was repaired last time did not fix the problem. Still waiting.
