My vehicle was worked on for 3.5 hours. I was never updated or provided a timeframe despite other customers around me being updated several times.
Service was a recall so I can't comment if it was good or not and this is the third recall so a bit disappointed.
I had an excellent experience with the service team, especially Pamela Parks. As soon as I pulled in, Pam was already outside waiting for me and had everything ready to get me checked in right away. That level of preparedness and attention made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
The environment is always friendly and welcoming, which really stands out. Everyone in the service center consistently provides top-notch customer service, and it shows in how efficiently and professionally everything is handled.

The job was done in a very timely manner.
Last time I was in back in December 2025 I was told my brakes were good and at 8mm. I've driven 1,500 miles. Somehow they went from that to bad 2-4mm. My tpms alarm was never on before. Now all of a sudden somehow it was bad after getting new tires.

Everything was very seamless. The service rep greeted me at my vehicle, she took care of everything. I was leery about making an appointment at the end of the day, but they got me right in, took care of everything. It was a really good experience. It’s always good to sit down with the manager, Tim and catch up on life’s happenings.
