An estimate for break work was not honored. I bought this vehicle from you at Mark Toyota and recently had quite a bit of other work at your dealership. I never received a call to approve the increase. I was told the estimate was incorrect but I think the dealership should have honored the original estimate. I appreciate the small discount given but I think the original estimate should’ve been honored.

I was there a week or two settling up today’s appointment. There were two individuals that provided customer care without the kindness I always received. I was so unimpressed with them I started to look for another Toyota dealership. Thank you Cael you made my visit so much easier as I had an injury that required the assistance of a cane.
