Every time I come in for service your team either doesn’t have the part, can’t identify the problem, doesn’t have the correct technician, doesn’t fix problems correctly. Your service department is inexperienced and inadequate.

I already contacted service manager & got a hearty apology but no adjustment on the actual bill for deficiencies in the simple service of rotating tires

Our whole process with the dealership was awful. This was warranty work. They first scheduled me for an appointment. I got a call saying they had to reschedule for some reason, but the person on the phone had no idea when she could make another appointment. Took her awhile to figure that out. Then, after rescheduling, they never called me the day of - I had to call them to then be told that they didn’t get to the van that day, and would get to it first thing in the morning the following day. The next day I again had to make the initial contact to ask about the status of the car. They told me it still wasn’t done and would be done by 5 that day. Each person I have spoke to on the phone, aside from Brianna has been not pleasant to speak with
Not the service schedulers so to speak. The tech ruined my lug nut key and then ruined the shop key. No offer to replace my key. Paid labor to get the stuck lug nut off and then paid for new lug nuts. The only place my truck gets serviced is at Mark Motors. I paid the bill, but would like to know why a Toyota dealership does not carry more lug keys and always use the owners key.

It took 3 hours for this to be completed. No one came to let me know the status of what was taking so long. My appointment was for 2:30 pm and it was not done until 5:30. The person that checked my car in at 2:15 came to see me in the waiting area when she was going to leave for the night and said that another person will taking care of my car. Well, that was at 4:30 at 5:30 I went back to find out what was taking so long. I was told it is being calibrated so I asked where is my rental and he said he will check on it. Told me the mechanic was taking to make sure the calibration was fixed. I told him why didn’t anyone tell me and offer me a rental as I live an hour away. The person that checked me out said I know the feeling as I live an hour and half away. That is when I starting getting mad as he works there and I don’t. If there was another place to take my 4 runner I would surely go there and not to you as that is bad customer service.
For the second time my car door was left unlocked in the parking lot.
