When the car was finished she explained all of the paperwork page by page and asked if there were any further questions. She also told us about an upcoming tire sale. I brought in my car and had to have a new battery installed. When I went out to my car to head home, I found the car door was not shut tightly. Correct me if I am wrong, but that can drain the battery. I would expect professionals to know this.
Also when I came to pick up my vehicle, I was not even acknowledged by the staff who were working together on one computer. A simple " we will be with you in a moment" would have been appropriate immediately , instead of after a minute of standing there.
Had 2700.00 bill for service in May of 2024 at Mark toyota. About 1 or. Later began having issues with thr sane cv axle that mark toyota replaced. I assumed that thos wasn't the issue 1 or. Later. I had the wheel bearing replaced on that side that didn't fix the issue. Made an appt. In January 2026 and mark toyota would not cover any of the parts or labor because it was 6 months out of warranty. I informed them this issue was going on for about 6 mo months. I received a estimate for 1200.00 tech calls back said it was completed and my bill was 1066.00 i said great and the tech said we came in under the estimate. The tech called back and said the bill was actually 1430.00 and they made errors on the bill. This was higher than the estimate to begin with. I asked the tech to talk to the supervisor about this whole situation and was never contacted by a supervisor or manager atark toyota. This entire process and bill was did t not leave me with a positive experience at mark toyota as i have spent thousands in repairs to this dealership and then didnt offer anything about this or even call me back.
