I had my 2012 RAV4 in for routine oil change & tire rotation. The appointment I had made 6 months earlier wasn't in the new system but the service rep Briana B got me in anyway. She was very friendly & thorough. I am not a fan of the new protocol of having the mechanic send a video of findings but I reviewed it & approved replacing the air filter. When my car was ready, I left to run errands & noticed the car was running rough. After my stop at the grocery store, the check engine & 4WD lights went on. I drove home to put my groceries away & then drove back to Mark Toyota, after leaving a msg for Briana. It turns out the problem was a hose came unplugged when the air filter was replaced. I would have thought the mechanic would have noticed when driving my car out to be picked up. I am not upset about this, only providing feedback for improvement. I have been a loyal customer since 2014 & plan to remain so as long as I own a Toyota.
Brianna provides an outstanding level of customer service that everyone should receive when they have a service performed. She is knowledgeable about what was done for the vehicle, has compassion and understanding towards the customer, and exhibits all of this with a sincerely friendly demeanor. Excellent job, Brianna!
