Brianna was clear, very helpful and kind when she discussed my car problems with me. I feel like this car inspection was much more thorough than earlier ones, which is good. But I do wish earlier inspections could given me more advance warning of developing rust problems. The car had many issues this visit and they felt kind of out of the blue.
I was charged with "environmental" fees that I wasn't told about before I agreed to service. As well as them not doing anything except using equipment. That is an unexpected unnecessary charge.
I'm also unimpressed with the mechanics because they couldn't confirm a certain problem on my vehicle.

I didn’t not know it was going to cost me 204. 00 for a oil change and tire rotation no one asked me if I wanted new filters when I called you and ask for a oil change, they said for 40,000 miles and a tire rotation I was never asked about filters unbelievable. Never again
I have no real complaints but it seemed like several people were a bit crabby today. The video didn’t work on my phone and some phantom charges showed up with the attached bill. Wasn’t changed but had to go get it figured out. No macadamia nut cookies.

I have had every service appointment done at Mark Toyota since I bought my RAV4 there brand new. I have typically always had great service never an issue. On this particular service my husband asked at check in about a noise he has heard occasionally, and was very rudely told that was not what we were there for. I have never had service like this there before. I have always been asked at check in if there’s anything else needing to be addressed. I understand that it was probably busy but instead of being rudely shut down, we could have been offered to make another appointment to have it checked. Online when I made the appointment there was no way to put in any other kind of request. I also purchased a maintenance package with my vehicle, so things like this would be addressed. Again I have never before had bad service. I’ve always gotten a multiple point inspection report with every other service and I just felt at this service corners were taken to save time and the customer service was not at its best.

Mark Toyota is truly an amazing place to get your vehicle from. Pamela was super nice and very knowledgeable. Service was fast and well done. The atmosphere at Mark is friendly and makes you feel like you matter. An incredible thing in this day and age!

Friendly and accommodating
I received the survey, but wasn’t able to open it via google. I guess it is nice to know when a business did something well, versus only hearing about service when there is a complaint. Frankly, I prefer not to have companies send out surveys all the time.
