Was a little surprised when my vehicle was done I got a text message in the waiting room. I had to check over my paperwork on how my vehicle checked out instead of a mechanic explaining to me how everything went.

As already indicated within my first survey response the people were helpful and doing their jobs respectfully however the process defined for servicing the current needs of the client did not take the customer experience to the level I would have expected given past experiences. This has to do with the brake rotors and the inability to have the brakes evaluated at the time of service or at least the ability to understand if the rotors were Covered under the warranty purchased with the vehicle. Rather than the rotors looking shiny it would have been value added to know if they were indeed warped which is creating the current braking issues. I am not local to Pliver and this creates yet another schedule impact. From what I was told it has to do with the internal process required within Mark Motors.

Was not given reason why tire on passenger front side was loosing air. Also 2 items on bill ( gasket and replaceable element) what was reasonfor these items. Regarding the MI. Nothing was put in report about estimated cost for new tire, only had charge for mount and balance tire. Was only informed I would need to purchase a new tire when I had questions regarding issue with suspension and need for another appointment to fix the issue.
John was by far the nicest employee I’ve ever experienced there! Very social and genuine!
I like the technology changes that focus on efficiency and time spent for the customers. Pam did a nice job explaining the service with the iPad and signature right there in the service line.
