She was polite but did not inform me that a technician didn't show, and thus they were running behind. She seemed quite rushed - were you asking her to do too much?

The personal touch of someone coming to get you in the waiting room was missed this time. Better communication of if and when they’ll let you know when your vehicle is finished and ready for you. There was several people standing around talking and only one guy who could check me out. Check out guy was awesome but could have had more support as he was busy on the phone helping another customer. The text message thing is too much if you are in the waiting room. It lets you know your car is done but then the team member was not ready for check out service.
Your work and service is excellent. However, my car now has a check your recall on my dash. You already fixed that today. The service tech said he couldn’t get rid of it until the paperwork got in to Toyota. When that light disappears, I will be completely satisfied.
I made an appointment at 3:30 for oil change, tire rotation and to replace wiper blades. I had to wait 2 hours. That was so long. John was pleasant and explained walk-ins slowed it down, but I did have an appointment. Just seemed too long.

I was happy with the service done. I noticed that the lube techs cross rotated my tires as I had requested and used a torque wrench on all of the fasteners. I did not receive the multipoint inspection sheet after requesting it twice. I requested it when I picked up my car and was told that it would be texted to me. I requested it again the following day via text. Please forward it to me. FYI - I prefer the printed version of the multipoint inspection. Thank you, David

We live 75 miles away and we got there and you did not have the part there yet and did not get a call that was not in. It was not Pam’s fault she is extremely nice always and she did not make the appointment when we left the time before so the knew what to order. I love my car and have had great service for the last 10 years.
