John did a great job communicating the results of our service. We go to Mark Toyota service because we trust the service department. John was very honest with us and cleared up some confusion we had.

I was made to wait and had to aneciate all contacts to get information about my vehicle multiple times!
I moved to the Stevens Point area two years ago. The first couple of times I had service done here I was not at all impressed with the service department. I am happy to say that it has gotten so much better the past two times I’ve been here. Paul was very helpful, responded quickly, and kept me up to date on my service. When he wasn’t able to schedule my next appointment he took me to someone who could. It was a wonderful customer service experience!

Bernie (in Sales) did a GREAT job helping us on a completely different matter while we there to pick up our 2009 RAV4 after being serviced. We were having trouble getting our new phones to work in our other car (2025 Rav 4 PHEV. Even though we didn’t buy it here he took the time to help us out. We appreciate him doing that.

Scheduling was all messed up. I made the appointment for my 2024 Rav4. Tje text the day before said for our 2024 Sienna. I called, was told those appointments w certifed technicians were hard to get so keep tjat and made appointment for Rav4 at 130 the same day. My wife took in tje Sienna, they were expecting the Rav4 (my text clearly said Sienna and phone call confirmed this). No certified technician avail. No work done on Sienna, just the extra key made tthat we paid for last year. That took 2 hours. My wife was told my appointment was at 100, not 130. Paul showed her it on the computer. I show up at 100. Not expecting me til 130. 1 year check up went fine. Coupon for car wash at the gas station nearby (on corner, i think is still R Store but not sure) didn't work so i paid out of pocket.
We appreciate tje effort on saying you would take care of things but something is terribly wrong with scheduling.

I was there for a 7:00am appointment. Barely awake. It seemed I barely had time to sit down and enjoy a coffee, and the tire rotation and inspection was complete. Did they really do all that stuff that fast? Who knows… matters not. My LC250 got me home! Ran great! Service was fast. Coffee was free.
