Deceptive estimate at $78. Actual bill $93, she said because cost of oil Is not included in estimate. I consider this a deceptive, dishonest practice and will not return for future services.

I had just a few words with Courtney, she came out to my car after I got out. Just a 20,000 mile check. Someone else checked me out when the car was finished. I had asked when I called for them to put a note on my paperwork for the workers to look at a scratch on the tailgate. I forgot to ask about it, and apparently so did Cortney, if it was even on the order at all?
