The scheduling texts were incorrect. After talking and verifying the appointment, the texts continued to be incorrect. The computer system was down when we checked in. Nobody knew what was happening, nor could they figure it out.

I was very disappointed to learn that Mark Toyota does not do free repairs on tires purchased from Mark Toyota. I would have gone to Schierl for my tire purchase had I understood this. The same tires were less expensive at Schierl.
Your service department was overwhelmed when I came to pickup my vehicle after services. More customers than agents to help check us out. Understaffed.
