The video sent to my phone showing me what was checked on my vehicle and what the results were was useless. There was so much background noise I couldn’t hear a word the person was saying.
The servicing of our Highlander went smoothly and on time. The need for additional work was explained and we made an appointment to have the brakes serviced.
I can not find a 12 volt battery charge indicator anywhere in the manual and service had no idea either. Very Frustrating.
I think he did a good job answering my questions. He pointed out our last air conditioning problem was three years ago which helped me to feel that doing the same thing with the Freon was a good solution. Also he reminded me to bring the car back after air conditioning g season to have it checked for dye leaks. Very through.

Fast,friendly, and efficient service
Due to a late Friday appointment that found significant additional problems and the service department being closed over the weekend, we were facing the difficult chose of having to alter vacation plans the next weekend or drive a car with problems. John and the service team were able to squeeze our car into a busy service schedule so that we could drive our car confidently. We very much appreciate everyone’s efforts.
John was very accommodating and did a good job

I have not yet picked up my car as I was going to pick it up the next day because of a scheduling conflict. I had left two phone numbers. I received a text on my cellphone stating that my car was done. When I got home there was a voicemail on my landline stating that the brakes and tires should be replaced and that the tires showed a weird wear pattern. I must drive 450 miles next weekend. Had I been called on my cellphone rather than receiving a text, I may have been able to schedule the work to be done. Unfortunately, I did not receive the diagnostic recommendation until I got home after closing hours. That was Friday night so I will have to wait until Monday morning to see if my car can be repaired before my journey at the end of this week.
