I was not given an estimate of the work to be done...the cost. So I was surprised that it was the amount it was.
The attendant was very good. Polite and answered all my questions after work was done. Very customer friendly.
It wasn't the teams fault,they tried to do as we asked but the parts didnt work with the vehicle.they were friendly.
I thought I would have to cancel my appointment because I would have been late I called the service department and eas told that they would make adjustments to get my vehicle in. I really appreciated that the service department went the extra mile for me. This has been about my 4th visit to Mark Toyota, their customer service and care is second to none

I had excellent service as always.
It took over 3 hours to get an oil change and a tire rotation. Then I had to wait to get checked out and someone else finally came and checked me out.They forgot to correct the dashboard reminder for an oil change and then no window sticker was placed on my window. I have been with Mark's for years and have purchased 4 vehicles. Very disappointed.
No need to contact. Was there at 7:20 am for a 730 am appt and didn't get in until 845 or so. Apparently there was a delay. It took over an hour to come and tell me there was a delay?

First, i had to wait nearly 3 weeks for a service appointment.
Next, i was given an estimate of $58.16 + tax for an oil change. The bill for my oil change was $80.79.

I question where my tires were rotated or not. I don’t believe they were based on the pressure readings before and after my service. The technician said he topped off all the air pressures, but all four tires were already above the recommended pressure of 33 psi and shouldn’t have needed any more air. Further the inspection stated all tires were at 35, which they were not. When I arrived for my service the left rear tire had a pressure higher than the other three and when I left, all tires were still at the same pressure with the left rear tire having a higher pressure than the other three.
