I was expecting a copy of the multi-point inspection which included tire tread levels but did not receive one. In calling Brianna, first the answer was "they were all in the green." When I asked about tread wear a long pause ensued as Brianna "looked it up in the system" then to discover there was a system issue and she could not retrieve it. She then indicated she would check w/the technician and email a copy. What I received instead was a copy of the VCI check in document. After calling a second time, no answer leaving a v-mail this survey was the first response back I heard. Finally, on the technician's side of things, my Camry logged in at 73,770 miles. What does it say to a technician's attention to details when the sticker indicating the mileage I should return for an oil change at 36,926 miles? Did he fat finger it? Give me a pre-printed sticker for somebody else's vehicle? Did somebody else receive the MPI results? Mark Toyota, charging some $170+ for shop labor needs to do better than this. IF this were to happen at at 10 minute Quick Lube joint that would be one thing but not for $170 an hour. Sigh

Very disappointed with the inaccurate estimates given both before service and after when a copy of the inspection and revised estimate were sent via text. The final total was off by $17 ($86 vs $103) that is a 20% difference - for an oil change/tire rotation. I was told by management it was because more oil was required, 5 qt vs the needed 7 qt and the front end worker doesn't know what kind of engine the truck has. Also, this vehicle wa purchased at Mark Toyota has been serviced there numerous times and is in their system. If there was a "revised" post service estimate sent by the service technician wouldn’t they have just worked on the vehicle and know the engine? The entire practice seems flawed and shady. I would be extremely hesitant to have any further work done at this facility if they can't get a simple oil change/ tire rotation estimate correct.
One man went out of his way to adjust the height of the tail gate for me. I am very thankful.

Suggest you tell customers when they arrive that service notifications will be done via text. I miss the human contact.

I was not given an estimate of the work to be done...the cost. So I was surprised that it was the amount it was.
The attendant was very good. Polite and answered all my questions after work was done. Very customer friendly.
It wasn't the teams fault,they tried to do as we asked but the parts didnt work with the vehicle.they were friendly.
I thought I would have to cancel my appointment because I would have been late I called the service department and eas told that they would make adjustments to get my vehicle in. I really appreciated that the service department went the extra mile for me. This has been about my 4th visit to Mark Toyota, their customer service and care is second to none
