The entire service team was polite and both diagnostically and mechanically skilled. We understand that you were very busy last week. The only facet of the service experience we needed to be otherwise managed was the measure and detail of the department communication with us.

I had just a few words with Courtney, she came out to my car after I got out. Just a 20,000 mile check. Someone else checked me out when the car was finished. I had asked when I called for them to put a note on my paperwork for the workers to look at a scratch on the tailgate. I forgot to ask about it, and apparently so did Cortney, if it was even on the order at all?

It was going to cost me over $600 to get my attenna replaced. Took it to my mechanic he replaced it in under 5 min.and didn't charge me. The part he could of got for under $20 and I was charged $81 for parts. Done with Mark motors!
