Service was good - my feedback is namely around estimating - the original estimate I received didn’t include labor so the price was double what I was provided. It was a little surprising to see the bill at $425 versus $250. I may have just done that job myself since it wasn’t too technical. It was more the convenience at that price.
Paul was excellent. Explained in detail what was needed. Answered all my questions. I am very pleased with the tires. I had a tire emergency and I’m very thankful to Mark Motors for getting me in so fast.

Deceptive estimate at $78. Actual bill $93, she said because cost of oil Is not included in estimate. I consider this a deceptive, dishonest practice and will not return for future services.
