Yes, everything went smoothly, Ms. parks said she did not receive my reply to the text of the additional cabin filter. The waiting time could have been less if the link worked correctly. She did a great job!

Came for my 25k miles complementary service. I have a TRD skid plate on my 23 Tacoma. The tech that was working on my vehicle, apparently stripped it and replace it with a regular bolt. Without consulting with me or added to the documentation paperwork. When back the following day to discuss the issue and nothing positive came out. Will be my last time there.

I’m a Toyota owner since 2016, I love Toyota. I had a very bad experience in Toyota Plover. Staff did not welcome me. The lady that helped me was rude and unprofessional.

Once the work was completed it was fine, but getting there was rough. Took a lot of work on my end to make sure part was covered u der warranty as the service advisor did respond to my message or know the answerwhen I called. Then scheduled an appointment, got ofc the phone and received a confirmation text with a differnt day and time than was given. Callwd gor clarification. Showed up for an appt in June only to find out they didn't have the part after waiting 30 minutes. I have not been impressed with the service department (excluding the actual mechanics). I received a call from previous survey and was offered a free oil change but not sure how that works since I never received anything. And here I am yet again, completing a survey for a less than stellar experience.

It take too long to get an appointment for a simple oil change, and tire rotation. Sometimes 2-3 weeks. I can get the same work done in 2 days.
