Very busy day for service. All is well.
Courtney was very grumpy and seems exasperating at my being there. She informed me that the technician could not replicate my issue so I told her exactly what was happening and she loudly sighed. She went back and then returned 20 or so minutes later. When I entered the service desk area another employee was standing in the way complaining loudly about another coworker and did not move out of my way. I had to squeeze around her to get to the desk. Courtney then told me there was nothing wrong. And that I should try an Apple cord. I looked up a USB to USB-C cord to attach my phone and discovered Apple does not make that specific cord. They only make USB-C to USB-C cords. So basically my Apple CarPlay will continue to randomly disconnect. I have never had a bad experience at Toyota and have purchased 8 cars from you and only get oil changes with you. And after today, I am not sure I want to come back.

I came in to get my 20,000 mile Toyota Care Checkup. I was also having issues with four-wheel drive. To which when I would activate four-wheel drive, there would be grinding and when I would turn it would be really hard to turn and the truck will just stop. So when I went into too high again it took a while before I would activate and as it would activate it would make a loud dropping sound as if something fell out of the truck and hit the ground. But when I took it in they said that's normal which to me pretty sure it is not normal. So after I got home I tried to put it in four wheel drive again and it's still rattled grinded and stopped driving when I tried to turn. Now they say there is nothing wrong but if something does happen to this truck because of that reason I am not liable because Plover Toyota said there was nothing wrong with the truck.
I absolutely LOVE Mark Toyota and have for 13 years! In fact today, I had a wonderful conversation with Kim Barton. Likely we will trade in our beloved Toyota Camry for a NEW RAV4 Hybrid XLE!
Rhe lady who checked me in was very nice! I LOVE the cookies! Comfortable lounge to wait in. Time for service was as stated. Not sure if they still give out free car wash coupons, but this time nothing g was gangi g l. My rear view mirror like previous service visits.

Whatever you are paying her, it isn't enough.
You guys marked my PSI for all four tires at 35. Right after I left shop the pressure light went on. Two tires we're at 32 psi, One tire was at 31 PSI and the other tire was at 30 PSI. Also one hubcap was barely on and one of the tabs were cracked off! Complete BS! Because of this I will not be taking my car back for brakes or anything else in the future! If your team can't even put the correct amount of air in my tires and are careless with my car then there is no way I would trust them with anything else!
