I'll watch for it. The only thing that is a little off is that my phone never works in the Toyota building. So I appreciate the video and stuff with the work detail and being able to see but I can never see it until after I'm out of the building.
Brianna was very knowledgeable and polite. Got me signed in and let me know what was going on with my vehicle thru the whole process.
Lacked any invoice review, multi point inspection review or new tire quote review. Obvious Courtney was new to her position and/or in training.

It was a warranty job. You did not have the part in stock. (Understandable) I was not given a time frame when the part would be in. Not even a ballpark guess.
I usually have great service from Mark Toyota. This experience was an exception. The communication was spotty and the lack of certified mechanics meant weeks before I could get the car in, and then weeks for it to be fixed. A loaner car was not offered until very late in the process, and that offer came from Betty.
