After the service I went to the car wash; the engine light came on and the screen read, “See Dealer.” I drove back and showed the middle aged woman the message and she thought maybe it was my gas tank. But I did not fill up the gas. She said things are OK as long as the warning light was not flashing. I told her it may not be a coincidence that this occurred right after the oil change and tire rotation. I also checked the tires nuts and one was loose enough that I could move it with my fingers. I checked because the ratchet was left in my cupholder. Finally, the woman got her boss and he took in the car to be looked at. It turned out the new oil filter they put in was cracked on the oil was leaking. None of it was my fault, however, the woman made me feel feel I was overreacting. Her boss did give me a few tickets for car washes. I would like to see the employees more understanding and better at listening. I felt like the woman was trying to brush me off and if I let her, perhaps my car would’ve ruined, the oil leaking out l and the engine being destroyed. My car was saved because I was persistent.

The air conditioning repair you charged me nearly $700 for one week ago has failed. Air coming out the vents is now at 92 degrees when the air conditioner is set for 60 degrees. This is not satisfactory. You need to fix this at your cost.
