When my vehicle was ready, the service person couldn’t find me and texted. I missed it until 20 minutes later. Other than that, I was completely satisfied.
Excellent service. I appreciated the transport to and from work when the service person had to take care of a new problem with the car ahead of me. I was satisfied that both the person ahead of me was given the consideration they needed and I had a great conversation with Jeff, who provided the ride.
Two hours + for my 8am appointment, 4new tires
is outrageous. I was very upset.The tires that was installed ,not what had requested. In addition the indicator light was blinking low inflation. I went to the service desk and told Brianna that tire indicator light was blinking.
She told me that it should be resetting in about 15 miles.When arriving home I looked at the tires and recognized that the tires that I had requested was not installed. I contacted Mark motors and left a message for the service manager to contact me.He was not avaliable, but Brianna called and I explained to her of my issues.She was very kind and responsive to my service experience. She told me that the manager will contact me when he is back to work.
Disappointed to find my tires were not given the free rotation service. Why is this something the customer must (know to) request? Why isn’t that noted when dropping off the vehicle?

The service writer did great. Spook with Tim for a few minutes and Elton answered a technology question I had. Always a great visit with at Mark Toyota
Everybody was hopeful, and the bone of the car was nice. Nice car did a good job on my car with the battery.

Brianna was amazing! She was very informative and pleasant to work with. She was able to answer our questions to the best of her knowledge. She also fixed the obnoxious noise when receiving phone calls through the vehicle. Thank you Brianna!!!

Everything went as expected. Joe answered all my questions.
Asked for an appraisal from sales and no one ever came. Asked about oil change sticker being changed out and no oil change took place. Tried to call service, couldn't get through. Texts went unanswered also. Got new tire and now pulls to right
