I had picked out my tires and made my appointment at least 3 weeks prior to my appointment date.We dropped the truck off on Sunday night so it would be ready for Monday morning. I got a call Monday morning saying that the tires I picked out we're not by three get one free and that they did not have the tires I wanted there. Thus it would take another day to get the truck completed. It is not a big deal but I had the same issue when I got my brakes repaired on the same vehicle a month prior to putting the tires on. You can do better on your scheduling.
Everything was great as usual. Noticed some new people at the service desks but Brianna was running around taking care of everyone's questions, thought it was pretty impressive since I haven't seen her for any of my previous oil changes
I originally booked an appointment for Friday at 1. At 10 on Friday I was told there was a double booking and I needed to reschedule. Rescheduled for Tuesday at 1. On Saturday I was called again and told it was double booked again and rescheduled for 4:30. Quite frankly I don’t believe either one and not sure I should trust Mark again
I was rescheduled from August to September because the person who scheduled me didn’t allow enough time for what was needed. Then I wasn’t told you were having a tire special until I arrived for my appointment in September only to be rescheduled again. I have over an hour drive and had taken the day off of work for my 3 hour appointment. I finally arrived a little early for my appointment to get new tires today and waited over 2 hours because you only have 1 machine to realign the tires. I had left work early so I have missed a lot of work for this and was just frustrated with all of it.
It would be more satisfying if Mark toyota would have a bodyshop like Wausau has.
I much more appreciated the old version of multi point inspections and getting a much more detailed, multi-paged copy with a detailed summary of the inspection results.

Questions I asked were answered abruptly with me having to ask for more information. I had a flat tire repaired and any other time during my many years of driving I was shown what had pierced the tire. When I asked she said “nail”. I don’t believe she had any idea what had happened. When I asked what the hazardous waste was for she said whatever they use, even paper towels…

I had an appointment to get side panel on driver seat. Set this appointment 3 weeks ago. Brtween then and Oct. 4th. I cslled to see if i could get oil change and tire rotation added to my appointment. Was told this would be added. When i arrived for appointment on the 4th, all i got was oil and tires. No set addressed.
