Worst customer service I have experienced there in almost 10 years as a customer.
Flashing light indicates call for service which I did. Betty reads to me from the Internet what I already know that I should make an appointment and bring it in.
Technician says nothing we can do if it's not flashing at this exact moment. Wait, I'll ask someone. Oh, yes, we can look at it but give us an hour (I had an appointment).
Mechanic says don't fix it now until it gets real bad, please pay us $120 for our trouble.
The oil change and the check engine light and noise from passenger side issues were not fixed or even checked. This is a company car and used every day so we cannot just bring it all the time so this is very upsetting that these were not done
Brianna was professional and friendly. She made me fell welcome and confident about the quality of the service being provided. She answered all of my questions and concerns quickly and with self-assured directness. Ms. Butzin is a customer service standout. High "marks" for Mark Toyota and their service team.
Thay checked my headlights like i asked them to. All good.
