Briana did a very good job. Wrong technician was assigned when scheduled so couldn’t get the main work completed. Now I have to make another hour trip whenever the new appointment is made by you. No itemized bill or condition checklist has been provided to me yet for the work that was done. But you didn’t forget to charge me.
My car is pulling to the right, unfortunately. However, Courtney was amazing and went above and beyond.

Brianna greeted us in the entry to the service garage. She listened patiently while my husband told her what was happening with the hatch on our Highlander Hybrid. She talked to the service technicians and we had another appointment to return for the hatch problem.As always the service personnel are are very thorough.

Breanna had to get rib of the message on my dashboard that said maintenance required. The mechanic should know how, and should clear message. Breanna said he didn't clear it in a page that has several small boxes. Breanna also put my dashboard back to the page I like to keep it on. She was so helpful, however I had to drive all the way back from Plover WI to get this done costing me $. If it happens again I will need to be reimbursed $ for gas and mileage. It's the right thing to do for a repeat customer who has bought 2 brand new Toyotas in the last 10 years.

This is 2nd attempt to send feedback. Frustrated that the shop had me reschedule tire repair 2 times. Was told would take 30 min but in the end took 1 1/2 hours.

Making an appointment is much more difficult than it should be. I made an appointment several weeks in advance and then was called and told I needed to switch it due to staffing. This has happened several times with past appointments. The lady who called, Betty, is very nice and professional. However, please staff you service area appropriately to avoid this frequent hassle for customers.
Pamela was courteous, knowledgeable and professional… I would certainly recommend her to other Toyota owners and enjoy working with her again in the servicing of my beloved 2024 Prius prime
The customer service representative was very good. However, the wheel on our Toyota Highlander was accidentally damaged on the machine during a simple tire patch repair. I waited for 2.5 hours for the fix and need to return and leave my vehicle for a day to have the wheel refinished. I was thankfully offered a loaner vehicle but still need to make 2 round trips to Plover from Marshfield for drop off and pick up. Is it possible to make one trip to have the damaged wheel replaced with a like new or new wheel of same? Thank you.
